We offer free on-site estimates and we have a discount available for every appointment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set an appoint for a free on-site estimate. After assessing the problem, we explain the options available to them. Once an option is chosen, we work with them to get the job done professionally and in a timely matter.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I (the owner) have 6 years of experience in the garage door industry. I have dealt with every kind of garage door problem that exists. I also have extensive training from one of the best garage door technicians I have ever known.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing garage doors when I lived in South Dakota. I worked at a framing company that also did garage doors. After doing a couple garage door jobs, I realized that I enjoyed it and was good at it. Since then, I have done garage door work in Minnesota and now in Washington.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds of homeowners! We also work with some general contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We dropped a garage door panel for a recent project and slightly damaged it. The damage was barely visible. We immediately showed the homeowner the damage and ordered a new panel. After receiving the new panel 2 weeks later, we quickly installed it. We are proud to of this project as it shows our commitment to excellence!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A companies website is one of the best ways to gauge if they are a good fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you are looking for a new garage door, you can reach out or do some research online to determine what style/design you would like. There is many designs and it is best if you know all of your design options.
